I have been a vegan my whole life, people sometimes say I'm so sorry for you that you can't eat this or that. I tell them don't feel bad for me, I love the way I eat. My goal is to raise my 3 children to never feel that they are missing out on anything, so as well as feeding them lots of healthy grains, beans, nuts and fruit I like to get creative and make many main stream types of food just "vegan style". I also love food styling, there is something wonderful about looking at a beautifully plated dish and thinking WOW that looks good! |
